YELLING AT SATELLITES

About

Yelling at Satellites is a middle grade, coming-of-age story about identity, friendship, and the courage to be yourself.

Everyone thinks twelve year-old Ethan Adler has it all figured out—he’s smart, athletic, and a pretty solid friend. Basically, your average overachiever…with a side of obsessive counting and a bedroom so neat it could be a museum.

But he’s got a secret. The kind that could change how everyone sees him.

When the truth comes out, his life spins off course. His grandfather’s angry, his best friend won’t talk to him, and—just his luck—a bully from another school won’t leave him alone.

As summer carries him from camp in Yosemite to the mountains in Italy, Ethan’s learning that life doesn’t follow a map…

and neither does figuring out who you are.
